Paul’s background includes 11 years as a Headteacher at a specialist school for autistic students in Surrey, following senior leadership roles in Merton and Richmond.
His B.Ed was completed in Brisbane, Australia before teaching Maths and Science in a remote community. A promotional opportunity resulted in him overseeing the implementation of a science curriculum in approximately 70 primary and several secondary schools before moving to the UK to continue teaching and focussing on SEND in 2001.
Andrea is a qualified teacher with over 25 years of experience across both mainstream and specialist settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Literature, the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL), and is currently completing the NPQH.
